INSTALLATION AND USERS GUIDE
Air suspension should only be installed by a professional experienced in air suspension installation, improper installation may result in property damage, personal injury or death. Should additional support from manufacturer be necessary you or the person who is doing the installation must know how to properly use this product. Always support vehicle on properly rated jack stands, do not go under a vehicle supported by a jack.
IN THE BOX
- AccuAir #AA-3639 Bluetooth switchbox, ECU+ Harness, Tank Pressure sensor , Hardware
- AccuAir #AA-3907 Pressure Sensor kit for valve block manifold
- 8 valve VERA airblock
- ¼” NPT – ¼” PTC 90° elbow fitting (air supply line)
- ¼” NPT brass plug
- ¼” NPT – ¼” PTC straight fitting, x4 (for airlines to front/rear bags)
- SMC water trap
- VERA 4 gallon polished aluminum tank
- VIAIR 444c chrome compressor w/ air intake baffle and filter
- VERA HDPE mounting board
- 15 ft 8-AWG power wire w/ 40 AMP fuse
- 40 AMP Relay w/ Pigtail
- ¼”-1/8” NPT reducer (for tank electronic pressure sending unit)
- 22-18GA BUTT CONNECTOR
- ¼”NPT – ¼” PTC 90° elbow fitting (tank to block supply line)
- ¼” NPT drain valve (already installed)
- ¼” NPT over pressure safety valve
- ¼” NPT - ¼” NPT adaptor for water trap
- ¼” air line
- TANK Pressure Sensor – Using the supplied ¼”NPT -1/8” NPT reducer, install the pressure sensor unit ( from AA-3639 )in any ¼” port located on the tank
- REAR AIR STRUT SENDING UNIT – FACING THE BLOCK (ie. Reading ‘DISTRIBUTION’ on the block),
PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION / AIR LINE ROUTING
install the pressure sending unit on the RIGHT rear side of the block labeled ‘SENSORS’. Also install air line for the REAR on the RIGHT side of the block.
- FRONT AIR STRUT SENDING UNIT – FACING THE BLOCK (ie. Reading ‘DISTRIBUTION’ on the block),
install the pressure sending unit on the LEFT rear side of the block labeled ‘SENSORS’. Also install air line for the FRONT on the LEFT side of the block.
APP INSTALL:
AccuAir App or update is available for download on both the ( Apple Store and Google Play) marketplaces by searching “AccuAir ePlus”.
IMPORTANT APP TIPS:
- Power Cycle: If you're experiencing connectivity inconsistency or your ECU isn't turning on, try a power cycle via unplugging the unit for a few minutes, then re-plugging it in. This hard reset usually does the trick.
IMPORTANT APP TIPS CONTINUED:
- Surrounding Bluetooth Devices: If the Bluetooth connection between the ECU and app is inconsistent, try checking for other nearby Bluetooth devices. If there are other devices present, you may want to temporarily disable Bluetooth on those devices until pairing/updating is complete in the ePlus app.
- Connected to One Device at a Time: If a device is successfully paired to the ECU, the ECU becomes "invisible" to anything else; meaning, in order to pair another device to it, the ECU must first be disconnected from the currently paired Bluetooth device.
- Phone/Tablet/Mobile Device Software Versions: AccuAir developers are always keeping up with the latest software versions for the leading phones and tablets, and optimizing our ePlus app to be as compatible as possible. It is usually a good idea to ensure your device is using the latest software version.
- In the event the system is not working please check to see if all connections to power & ground are secure.
